By engaging in our advertising services, the client ("Advertiser," "You") agrees to comply with these terms.

1. Campaign Scope & Objective

1.1. The lead generation campaign is designed to promote Keshav Kunj Awasiy Colony, located at Kama Road, Deeg, highlighting features such as:

• Paved Roads

• Opposite Kama Railway Station

• Temple & Park Facilities

• Gated Community

• Green & Serene Environment

• Close to the City
  1.2. The campaign will be created and managed by Agrawal Associates in accordance with Meta Ads policies.
  1.3. Ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation will be discussed and finalized with the Client before launching.

2. Lead Generation & Responsibility

2.1. The Company aims to generate quality leads based on the targeting criteria, but it does not guarantee lead-to-sale conversions.
2.2. The Advertiser is responsible for promptly following up with the leads and handling inquiries.
2.3. Agrawal Associates is not liable for business outcomes, sales closures, or customer responses.
2.4. Leads will be shared exclusively with the Advertiser and must not be sold, shared, or misused for any other purpose.

3. Payment & Charges

3.1. The Client agrees to pay the ad budget in advance, along with any campaign management fees, as discussed.
3.2. Additional charges apply for ad modifications, creative changes, or an increase in the campaign budget.
3.3. Late or non-payment may result in campaign suspension or termination.

4. Compliance with Meta Ads Policies

4.1. The campaign will strictly adhere to Meta’s advertising policies, including:

• No misleading claims or false information.

• Compliance with personal data protection laws.

• No prohibited or restricted content.
  4.2. Agrawal Associates reserves the right to reject, pause, or modify any ad content that does not comply with Meta’s guidelines.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

5.1. All lead data is confidential and will be shared only with the Advertiser.
5.2. The Advertiser must ensure proper handling of lead data and follow legal guidelines on customer privacy.
5.3. Unauthorized sharing or resale of lead data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Performance Reports & Campaign Monitoring

6.1. The Company will provide performance reports at agreed intervals.
6.2. While the campaign follows best practices, no specific ROI or results are guaranteed due to various market factors.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

7.1. Campaign fees, once paid, are non-refundable after the campaign has started.
7.2. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours in advance.
7.3. If a campaign is canceled early, any remaining ad budget may be adjusted for future use upon agreement.

8. Liability Limitation

8.1. Agrawal Associates is not responsible for:

• Meta platform downtimes or technical issues.

• Unexpected policy changes affecting campaign performance.

• Poor lead conversion due to external factors beyond our control.
  8.2. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify Agrawal Associates against any legal claims or disputes arising from campaign execution.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be settled in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh courts.

By proceeding with the campaign, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
